基于SPSS与AMOS的问卷信度效度检验——以数学焦虑、数学态度和数学效能的关系研究为例

摘　　要：以数学焦虑、数学态度和数学效能3个维度的问卷题项为例,进行量表的信度和效度检验。利用SPSS软件对其进行信度检验,得到总体的Cronbach’sα系数和各维度Cronbach’sα系数,再进一步用AMOS软件进行组合信度分析,得到各维度的组合信度。在此基础上进行效度检验,先用SPSS软件进行探索性因子分析,再利用AMOS软件进行验证性因素分析,得到主成分的累计方差贡献率,以及各个维度的平均方差抽取量和模型的GFI,AGFI,CFI,RMR,RMSEA等拟合指数。分析结果表明:包括数学焦虑、数学态度、数学效能3个维度的调查问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可以有效检测学生的数学焦虑水平、数学态度和数学效能感。This paper approaches from questionnaire on the three dimensions of mathematical anxiety,mathematical attitude and mathematical self-efficiency to test the reliability and validity of the scale. SPSS is used in reliability test to get the overall and each dimension of cronbach’s α coefficient. AMOS model is used for composite reliability analysis,and the composite reliability can be gotten. Based on this,validity test is conducted.Using SPSS to get the exploratory factor analysis and then using AMOS to get the confirmatory factor analysis in order to get the cumulative variance contribution rate of the principal component as well as the average variance extracted of each dimension and the model’s GFI,AGFI,CFI,RMR,RMSEA and other fitting indexes. The result shows that the three dimensions of mathematical anxiety,mathematical attitude and mathematical self-efficiency have desired reliability and validity.
