摘　　要：在临床医学中,神经阻滞麻醉较为常见也备受关注.而神经阻滞麻醉教学也基于超声技术实现了理论讲解与实操演练的融合,基于超声影像技术进行神经阻滞技术的培训教学是麻醉专业医师培训的新思路和新举措.本文主要就超声技术引导下的神经阻滞麻醉教学进行探讨,明确其理论教学和模拟实操教学的现实优势,明确超声引导下神经阻滞技术循序渐进的教学实施原则,以期更好地推动麻醉教学与培训,也做好神经阻滞麻醉教学中超声技术应用的推广宣传.In clinical medicine,nerve block anesthesia is more common and has attracted much attention.And the teaching of nerve block anesthesia also realizes the fusion of theory explanation and practice exercise based on ultrasound technology,and the training teaching of nerve block technology based on ultrasonic image technology is a new idea and new measure for the training of anesthesiologist.This paper mainly discusses the teaching of nerve block anesthesia under the guidance of ultrasound technology,clarifies the practical advantages of the theory teaching and the simulation practice teaching,and clarifies the principle of the gradual teaching and implementation of the nerve block technology under the guidance of ultrasound,in order to better promote the teaching and training of anesthesia,and also do a good job in the application of ultrasound technology in the teaching of nerve block anesthesia Promotional.
