摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出实施乡村振兴战略,是决胜全面建成小康社会、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大历史任务.服务社会是高校四大职能之一,社会对高校的依赖性不断加强.区域经济的发展、社会进步、文化品位的提升需要高校提供更多的智力支持,地方政府希望通过高校集聚优质教育资源,获得更好的发展前景.服务"三农"是高校重要使命,高职院校服务作为高等教育的一个发展类型,服务地方经济社会发展是其办学价值的根本作为,服务乡村振兴,应该是每个地方高职院校义不容辞的责任.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization is a major historical task for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and building a modern socialist country in an all-round way. Serving the society is one of the four functions of colleges and universities, and the dependence of society on colleges and universities has been strengthened. The development of regional economy, social progress, and the improvement of cultural grade need more intellectual support from colleges and universities.Local governments hope to gather high-quality education resources through colleges and universities to obtain better development prospects. Serving "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" is an important mission of colleges and universities. As a development type of higher education, serving local economic and social development is the fundamental value of running a school.Serving rural revitalization should be the unshirkable responsibility of each local higher vocational college.
