对工匠精神的再思考

摘　　要：工匠精神已经烂熟于耳,但对工匠精神的理解还有误解存在。本文认为,工匠精神是任何工作都需要的一种理念,是一切创新的基石,建议落实工匠精神于职业技术教育实践,需要我们重视培养学生拥有良好工匠精神的人才品格、帮助学生通达成就工匠精神的公式、造就工匠精神良好的物质和精神环境氛围。The spirit of craftsmanship is well-received by everyone,but misunderstanding still exists.This paper believes that the spirit of craftsmanship is needed in all walks of life.It is a touchstone for all innovations.It is advisable to apply the spirit of craftsmanship to vocational education.We need to help students realize the importance of becoming a skilled craftsman with integrity and provide a favorable learning environment for them as well.
