摘 要:目的探讨CBL结合工作坊教学法对护理大专生临床决策能力影响。方法纳入3年制大专二年级护理专业学生60名,随机分成两组,研究组和对照组各30名。对照组护生给予常规和信息化网络互动教学,研究组护生在对照组干预方案的基础上,按计划参加每两周1次共计10次案例为基础的工作坊活动。评价两组护生的临床决策能力和一般自我效能感得分、急危重症护理课程实践考核成绩。结果研究组临床决策能力和一般自我效能感得分、急危重症护理课程实践考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL结合工作坊能提高护理大专生的临床决策能力。Objective To explore the influence of CBL combined with workshop teaching method on clinical decision-making ability of nursing college students.Methods 60 nursing students in the second year of three-year college were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the study group and 30 in the control group.The nursing students in the study group participated in 10 case-based workshops once every two weeks according to the plan based on the intervention plan of the control group.To evaluate the clinical decision-making ability,general self-efficacy scores and the practical examination results of critical care courses of the two groups.Results The scores of clinical decision-making ability,general self-efficacy and practical assessment of critical care course in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with workshops can improve the clinical decision-making ability of college nursing students.
