摘  要:针对"教学服务型大学"的民办高校,教师教学投入水平直接关乎其生存与发展.本文以大学教师的成人学习者主体视角探讨其教学投入为目的,通过对814名上海市民办高校专职教师的问卷调研,分析了当前民办高校教师教学投入的实际状况,构建并验证了教学投入的影响因素模型.研究发现,民办高校教师自主导向学习倾向性作为重要的人格特质对其教学投入具有显著影响,组织环境中的组织支持对教学投入具有显著影响,而组织激励则通过自我导向学习间接预测教学投入.For private colleges positionedas"Teaching-service-oriented University",the teaching investment level of teachers is directly related to their survival and development.The purpose of this paper is to explore the teaching investment from the perspective of adult learning subjects.Based on the survey of 814 full-time teachers in Shanghai private colleges,it analyzes the actual situation ofteachinginvestmentof teachers in private colleges,and constructs and verifies the influencing factor model of teaching investment.It is found that the self-directed learning tendency of teachers in private colleges as an important personality trait has a significant impact on their teaching investment,organizational support in the organizational environment has a significant impact on teaching investment,and organizational motivation indirectly predicts teaching investment through self-directed learning.
