摘  要:目的探究案例式教学结合标准化病人在普通外科临床教学中的应用。方法选择性分析在2019年1月~2020年1月在我科实习的80名实习生作为主要对象,随机分成对照组和观察组各40人,对照组给予传统教学,观察组则是在对照组的基础之上增加案例式教学结合标准化病人教学。比较两组实习生的教学成果差异。结果观察组实习生的操作考核成绩得分和理论考核成绩得分均明显高于对照组,差异显著。结论将案例教学法结合标准化病人运用到普通外科的临床实习带教中有积极意义,可提升实习生的理论与操作成绩,值得推广。Objective To explore the application of case teaching combined with standardized patients in clinical teaching of general surgery.Methods A total of 80 interns in our department from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given traditional teaching,while the observation group was given case-based teaching combined with standardized patient teaching on the basis of the control group.The differences of teaching results between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of operation examination and theory examination in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The application of case teaching method combined with standardized patients in clinical practice teaching of general surgery has positive significance,can improve the theoretical and operational performance of interns,and is worthy of promotion.
