摘  要:以某发射车高低机少齿差行星齿轮减速器为研究对象,计算其健康与断齿故障下的时变啮合刚度与动力学模型,基于虚拟样机技术分析了该行星齿轮减速器在健康、点蚀、断齿三种工况下的齿轮振动特性。通过比较啮合曲线,得出少齿差行星齿轮减速器出现点蚀或断齿时,啮合频率和旋转轴频率附近会出现以输入轴频率为基频的调制频率,而断齿时,频率调制分量会更多,振幅会更大,且断齿或点蚀齿轮啮合时对应的双联行星轮上的轮齿的啮合力会突然增大,加快其磨损速度。相比于频域图,时域图可更好的判别故障位置。该研究可为少齿差行星齿轮的工作机理和故障诊断提供理论和仿真依据。Taking the planetary gear reducer of a launcher with small tooth difference as the research object,the time-varying meshing stiffness and dynamic model of the planetary gear reducer under the condition of health and broken teeth fault are calculated.Based on the virtual prototype technology,the gear vibration characteristics of the planetary gear reducer under the three conditions of health,pitting and broken teeth are analyzed.By comparing the meshing curves,it is concluded that when pitting or broken teeth occur in planetary gear reducer with small teeth difference,there will be a modulation frequency near the meshing frequency and rotating shaft frequency,and when broken teeth,the frequency modulation component will be more,the amplitude will be larger,and the meshing force of the gear teeth on the double planetary gears corresponding to broken teeth or pitting gear meshing will suddenly increase and accelerate.Its wear rate.Compared with the frequency domain,the time domain diagram can better identify the fault location.This study can provide theoretical and simulation basis for the working mechanism and fault diagnosis of planetary gears with small tooth difference.
