摘　　要：张仲景临证辨治心系疾病,不仅直接纠正心脏本脏的异常病理状态,并依据《黄帝内经》心脾相关思想的指导,开创了从脾胃论治中医心病的先河,灵活采用温中助阳、和胃行气、清泄湿热、温胃化饮、滋养心脾、甘温建中等治法,选取人参汤、橘枳姜汤、栀子大黄汤、小半夏加茯苓汤、甘麦大枣汤、小建中汤等调节脾胃功能的方剂来治疗心病,另辟蹊径,为后世医家辨治中医心系疾病提供思路。The syndrome differentiation and treatment of the heart diseases by Zhang Zhongjing not only directly corrects the abnormal pathological state of the heart,but also blaze a trail in Chinese medicine treating heart diseases from the spleen and stomach on a basis of the related thoughts of the heart and spleen in Huangdi Neijing.In the treatment of the heart diseases,ZHANG flexibly adopted methods to warm the middle and assist yang,harmonize the stomach and move qi,clear dampness-heat by discharge,warm the stomach and dissolve phlegm,nourish the heart and spleen,as well as strength the middle energizer with the sweet and warm;he also used some prescriptions to regulate the spleen-stomach function,such as Renshen tang,Juzhijiang tang,Zhizi Dahuang tang,Xiaobanxia and Fuling tang,Ganmai Dazao tang,and Xiaojianzhong tang.Such treatment methods have provided ideas for future generations of physicians in syndrome differentiation and treatment of the heart diseases of Chinese medicine.
