摘　　要：药物基因组学(pharmacogenomics,PGx)是精准医疗的重要组成部分,也是临床药师参与药物治疗为患者提供个体化药学服务的主要手段。文章介绍了广州医科大学药学院临床药学专业首次开设PGx课程,采用自编教学大纲、实验教材,以培养学生的药物基因检测实验操作能力、创新能力和结果解读能力为目标,通过教学评价探讨如何提高临床药学专业PGx实验课教学质量,从实践教学与理论、临床、科研相结合;到运用多种教学方法,分享教学成效和不足之处,为临床药学专业本科教育提供借鉴和参考。Phamacogenomics(PGx)is an important part of precision medicine,anmd also the main means for clinical phamacistspaticipating in clinical treatment to provide individualized pharmaceutical care for patients.This article introduces the pharmacogenomics course of clinical pharmacy in Cuangzhou Medical University.lt was designed to culivate students’experimental operation ability,innovation ability and result interpretation ability of drug grene detection wih the self-compiled syllabus,experimental teaching materi-als,and various teaching methods,and aimed to improve the teaching quality of PGx experimental course in clinical pharmacy throughteaching evaluation.Ilt combined the theoretical teaching of experimental class with cinical and scientific research,so as to provide red-erences for undergraduate education of clinical pharmacy majors.
