摘　　要：药物化学是药学基础教育的重要课程,是药物研发的关键学科,需要培养与时俱进的高水平药学人才。在四年制药学本科教学过程中,基于问题教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)开展文献汇报课,让学员在掌握理论知识点的基础上,对SCI文献进行汇报讨论,可提高学员学习兴趣,培养科研素质及自主学习能力。Medicinal chemistry is an important curriculum of pharmaceutical basic education,and a key discipline indrug research and development.It is necessary to cultivate high-level pharmacy talents that keep pace with the times.During the teaching of medicinal chemistry for four-year undergraduate,literature report based on Problem-based learning(PBL)is carried out,allowing students to report and discuss SCI literature based on mastering the basic theory,which can increase students'learning interest,cultivate scientific research quality and independent learning ability.
