摘 要:在界定高职院校特色专业构建稳定性、培养方式创新性和就业出口定向性的特征基础上,阐述了特色专业学生就业竞争力培养方式、专业建设、校企合作、就业心理、学习能力和职业能力六大核心要素的具体内容。重点研究学习动机欠缺、专业认知模糊以及内涵建设缺失对特色专业学生就业竞争力的影响,提出要坚持就业导向,加强校企合作深度;坚持市场导向,深化特色专业建设以及坚持能力导向,挖掘职业发展潜力。This paper expounds the concrete contents of the six key elements for schooling students of featured professionals-methods of nurturing employmentcompetence,professional construction,school-enterprise cooperation,employment psychology,learning ability,and professional ability,based on defining the characteristics of the stability of featured professionals,the innovation of training mode,and the directional employment.And in that context,the paper emphasizes studying the impact of a lack of learning motivation,vague professional cognition,and the absence of connotation construction on the employmentcompetence of students of featured professionals,and finally come up with proposals of insisting on employment orientation,strengthening schoolenterprise cooperation,insisting on market orientation,deepening featured professionals construction,insisting on capacity orientation,and digging out potentials in career development.
