摘  要:采用100μm PDMS萃取头固相微萃取和气质联用(GC-MS)的方法对云南木蠹象各发育阶段虫体的挥发性成分进行测定,并比较了其组分数量和相对含量的异同.结果表明,该虫气味挥发性成分主要为萜烯类、醇类、酯类、酮类和烷烃类等23种.不同发育阶段虫体的气味挥发物种类有明显差异,幼虫、蛹、雌成虫和雄成虫分别鉴定出21、12、8和5种成分.幼虫挥发物中相对含量最大的是反式-石竹烯(28.68%),蛹挥发物中相对含量最大的是α-蒎烯(41.95%),雌成虫挥发物中相对含量最大的是反式-石竹烯(24.71%),雄成虫挥发物中相对含量最大的是桃金娘烯醇(22.61%).Volatile constituents at each developmental stage of Pissodes yunnanensis were measured by solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)with the fiber of 100μm PDMS,and the similarities and differences of the composition and relative contents were compared.The results showed that 23 compounds were detected in the body of P.yunnanensis,including terpenes,alcohols,esters,ketones,and alkanes compounds.The type of volatile compounds varied significantly among larva,pupa,female and male adults of P.yunnanensis by identifying 21,12,8 and 5 kinds of volatiles,respectively.The relative content of trans-caryophyllene peaked in larve by 28.68%and followed by female adult at 24.71%;the relative content ofα-pipene maximized in pupae at 41.95%while that of myrtenol was the highest in male adult(22.61%).
