摘 要:目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式在规范化培训护士晋级考核中的应用效果。方法选取2019年92名肇庆市第一人民医院规范化培训护士(规培护士)作为研究对象,第一批规培护士56名为对照组,采用传统教学考核方法;第二批规培护士36名为试验组,应用OSCE模式培训和考核方法。采用中国注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评估两组护士核心能力、自我概念水平。比较两组护士对考核方式的满意度、护士核心能力情况、护士自我效能感水平、考核成绩。结果试验组护士对考核方式的满意度、护士核心能力评分、护士自我效能感水平评分、考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OSCE站点式培训考核方法能全面客观地还原临床情景,提高规培护士应急能力和综合素质,实现由“操作型”向“能力型”的转变,保证培训效果,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)model in the promoted assessment of the nurses who received normalized training.Methods To select 92 nurses who received normalized training in 2019 from the First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing City was set as the study objects.The first batch of 56 nurses were selected as a control group,using traditional teaching assessment methods,the second batch of 36 nurses was selected as an experimental group,using OSCE model training and assessment methods.Competency inventory for registered nurse(CIRN)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)were used to assess the core competence and self-concept level of the two groups of nurses.The satisfaction of nurses to the assessment methods,the core competence of the nurses,the level of self-efficacy and the assessment results of the nurses were were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of nurses to the assessment methods,the core competence score of the nurses,the score of self-efficacy level and the assessment results of the nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The OSCE site-based training assessment method can comprehensively and objectively restore the clinical situation,improve the emergency response ability and comprehensive quality of the nurses who received normalized training,realize the transition from"operational"to"ability-based",and ensure the training effect.Therefore,it has clinical application value.
