《伤寒论》之小便与汗法关系探微

摘　　要：通过整理、归纳《伤寒论》中小便与发汗的相关条文,以及伤寒大家对小便与汗法关系的论述,探析《伤寒论》中小便与汗法的关系。发现汗法的有效应用与小便的关系甚为密切,如外感证兼见小便不利、频数、短少等情况皆不可随意发汗,通过分辨小便清浊可知病之表里,对临床上正确应用汗法具有重要的指导意义。By sorting out and summarizing the relevant articles of urine and diaphoresis in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,as well as the discussion on the relationship between urine and diaphoresis,this paper explores the relationship between urine and diaphoresis in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases. It is found that the effective application of diaphoresis is closely related to urine,namely exogenous syndrome accompanying dysuria,frequent urination and oliguria etc.,all of which cannot sweat at will. The exterior and interior of the disease can be seen by distinguishing pure and turbid urination,which has important guiding significance for the correct application of diaphoresis in clinic.
