文化传承视角下高校太极拳教学的常见问题及应对措施

摘　　要：随着教育改革进程的不断推进,传统文化在当前我国学校教育体系中的受重视程度也随之得以有效提高,而太极拳则是我国优秀传统文化的代表。本次研究重点围绕当前我国高校太极拳教学中的常见问题(高校太极拳教学忽略了对其健身价值与文化内涵传承、高校太极拳教学手段缺乏新意),并在此基础上提出了几条可行性较强的应对措施,以期能够为以太极拳为代表的中国传统文化的传承与发展贡献一份力量。With the continuous advancement of the educational reform process,traditional culture in the current school education system in China has also been able to effectively improve the degree of attention,and Tai Chi is the representative of China's excellent traditional culture.This research focuses on the common problems in the teaching of Tai Chi in colleges and universities in China(the teaching of Tai Chi in colleges and universities neglects the inheritance of its f itness value and cultural connotation,and the teaching methods of Tai Chi in colleges and universities lack of new ideas),on this basis,this paper puts forward several feasible countermeasures,hoping to contribute to the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture represented by Tai Chi.
