摘 要:中国建国70周年,在体育运动上贯彻落实"全民运动"的理念,体育运动的核心目的是提升全民体质,高校中体育课程的核心意义也是如此,且体育教学对学生的影响力是终生的,且养成的运动习惯、思维不会随着时间的变化而变化。高校需首先培养学生终生体育的意识,其次需要加强建设师资力量,最后实行行之有效的评价体系,不断提升高校体育教育效果以及质量,以高校学生为导向展开的教学改革。本文从终生健身的相关概念入手,分析高校体育教育中所出现的问题,探究终生健身思想指导下高校体育教学改革的策略,以期为高校体育事业发展提供资料参考。In the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people’s Republic of China,the concept of "national sports" has been implemented in sports.The core purpose of sports is to improve the physique of the whole people.The core significance of sports courses in Colleges and universities is the same.The influence of sports teaching on students is lifelong,and the sports habits and thinking formed will not change with time.Colleges and universities should first cultivate students’ awareness of lifelong physical education,then strengthen the construction of teachers,and finally implement an effective evaluation system to continuously improve the effect and quality of physical education in colleges and universities,and carry out teaching reform guided by college students.Starting with the concept of lifelong fitness,this paper analyzes the problems in physical education in colleges and universities,and explores the strategies for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities under the guidance of the thought of lifelong fitness,so as to provide references for the development of physical education in colleges and universities.
