摘 要:目的:比较不同粘结剂、玻璃离子水门汀与复合树脂应用在三明治充填技术时玻璃离子和复合树脂的粘结强度。方法:实验选取3种玻璃离子:后牙玻璃离子Multifil GIX(G1)传统型玻璃离子"新世纪"(G2)、单粉剂玻璃离子"ChemFil Superior"(G3),两种粘结剂:全酸蚀粘结剂"观雅"(B1)、自酸蚀粘结剂Clearfil S3-BOND(B2)及四种复合树脂为研究对象;将70个样本随机分为7组,每组10个样本,在样本中央制备窝洞后,随机选取5组样本,窝洞内置入Multifil GIX,另1组置入"新世纪",1组置入ChemFil Superior;4组Multifil GIX试样使用Clearfil S3-BOND粘接剂,分别与四种不同树脂进行粘结;随机选择一种树脂以"观雅"为粘结剂,与另外3组试样粘结;分别测定各组样本的剪切粘结强度。结果:不同树脂组间差异无统计学意义,Multifil GIX+Clearfil S3-BOND与树脂粘结力较强,与其他组差异具有统计学意义。结论:加强型玻璃离子和自酸蚀粘结剂在酸蚀—冲洗粘结条件下,比传统玻璃离子和全酸蚀粘接剂对树脂有更强的粘结力。Objective:To compare the bond strength between glass ionomer cements and resin in the application of sandwich restorations with different kinds of glass ionomer cements,resin composite or adhesives.Methods:Three kinds of glass ionomer cements[modifed glass ionomer cement Multifil GIX(G1),traditional glass ionomer cement XinShiji(G2)and ChemFil Superior glass ionomer material(G3)],2 kinds of binder[total acid etching binder"GuanYa"(B1)and self-etching binder Clearfil S3-BOND(B2)]and 4 kinds of resin composite were used in this study.70 specimens were divided into 7 groups of 10.50 specimens were filled with G1,10 specimens were filled with G2 and the other 10 specimens were filled with G3.4 G1 groups of specimens were sticked with 4 kinds of resin composite by B2.The other 3 groups of specimens were sticked with a kind of resin composite by B1.All of the specimens were subjected to the shear bond strength tests.Results:All kinds of resin had no significant difference.The maximum shear bond strength obtained from the self-etch adhesive B2 in G1 group,the difference was significant.Conclusion:The shear bond strength obtained from modifed glass ionomer cement Multifil GIX and the self-etch adhesive Clearfil S3 Bond then was higher then it from traditional glass ionomer cement and total acid etching binder.
