摘 要:针对西湖龙井茶园中常见的茶树修剪方式,采用常规修剪法、1次修剪法、3次修剪法和人工打顶法4种不同的处理,比较不同处理对龙井43茶树采摘蓬面枝条生长数量、平均茎粗、着叶数、着花数、春茶营养芽百芽质量、春茶鲜叶产量的影响。结果表明,3次修剪法可以培养出优质的秋梢枝条,且能极显著地抑制茶树的生殖生长,对增加西湖龙井茶产量,提高西湖龙井茶品质和效益效果显著,可在西湖龙井茶园中大面积推广应用。Four common pruning methods were applied in Xihu Longjing tea plantations including conventional pruning method,once pruning method,three times pruning method and artificial topping method.Their effects on shoot number,average stem diameter,leaf number,flower number,hundred-bud weight and fresh leaf yield of tea plants were monitored in the spring.The results show that:three times pruning method led to high-quality autumn shoots,inhibited the reproductive growth of tea plants,and significantly increased the yield of tea.This method can highly improve the quality and benefit of Xihu Longjing tea and should be promoted and popularized.
