摘  要:中医经典理论在中医药学理论体系的形成、建立中起过重要奠基作用,为辨证论治体系的确立做出过巨大贡献,至今仍有重要指导意义,是中医临床思维的根基。分析了中医妇科临床教学中经典教学的不足,提出通过提高教师自身活用经典的基本功、发挥教师在课堂教学中讲授经典理论的主动性、指导学生在临床实践中运用经典理论、激发学生用经典辨治疾病的自信力、强化导师的"引路人"属性、推进信息技术与中医妇科教育教学深度融合,培养中医妇科专业人才灵活运用经典理论于临床的思维能力,更好地传承、发扬中医妇科特色优势。The classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) has played an important role in the establishment and formation of the theoretical system of TCM. It has also contributed to the establishment of the system of syndrome differentiation and treatment. Therefore,TCM classics is the basis of TCM clinical thinking and has still significantly guided clinical treatment. Based on the problems of classics teaching in gynecology in TCM,this paper proposes teachers should improve their skills in using classics flexibly in daily life,take initiative to teaching classics in class,guide students to apply classics in their clinical practice,and simulate students ’confidence in using classics to differentiate patterns and treat diseases. Teachers also should give full play to the role of guiding students in learning classics,integrating information technology to the teaching of Gynecology of TCM,and cultivating TCM gynecological professionals to use classical theory clinically for better inheritance and development of Gynecology of TCM.
