摘 要:目的分析临床实践教学改革对护理专科和本科实习生能力的影响。方法选择2018年6月至2019年3月本院的临床护理实习生共91名,分为专科组49名、本科组42名。两组实习生均遵循实习大纲,采用微课件、基于问题的学习模式(PBL)、专题护理人文技能、工作坊学习形式等教学,以形成性评价方法评估实习生在实践中的能力。结果两组实习护理生的2个一级指标比较,专科与本科护生理论考核成绩分别为(81.63±6.05)分、(76.62±5.69)分,差异有统计学意义(P<O.05);专科与本科护生技能操作竞赛成绩分别为(75.38±14.58)分、(74.64±13.07)分,差异无统计学意义(P>O.05)。两组护生3个观察点比较:专科与本科护生自选授课内容拓展教科书的发生率分别为24.5%(12/49)和61.9%(26/42),专科与本科护生案例分析完整性的优良率分别为65.3%(32/49)和85.7%(36/42),专科与本科护生参加工作坊学习的自愿率分别为24.5%(12/49)和76.2%(32/42),差异均有统计学意义(均P<O.05)。结论临床实践教学改革确实能提高护理专科和本科实习生的能力,可以实现实用型护理人才有继续发展能力、高等护理人才有临床护理能力及创新能力的愿景。Objective To analyze the influence of clinical practice teaching reform on the ability of junior college students and undergraduates of nursing.Methods In the research,a total of 91 clinical nursing interns from our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected,including 49 junior college students and 42 undergraduates.The two groups of interns followed the outline of practice,and used micro courseware,problem-based learning(PBL),humanistic nursing skills of special nursing,workshop learning,and other teaching methods.The ability of interns in the practice was evaluated by formative assessment.Results The theoretical examination scores of junior college nursing students and undergraduate nursing students were(81.63±6.05)and(76.62±5.69),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the skill operation competition scores of junior college nursing students and undergraduate nursing students were(75.38±14.58)and(74.64±13.07),without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In the three observation points of nursing students in the two groups,the rate of optional teaching content expansion textbooks of the junior college nursing students and undergraduate nursing students were 24.5%(12/49)and 61.9%(26/42)respectively;the excellent and good rates of case analysis integrity of junior college nursing students and undergraduate nursing students were 65.3%(32/49)and 85.7%(36/42),respectively;the rates of junior college nursing students and undergraduate nursing students voluntarily participating in the workshop were 24.5%(12/49)and 76.2%(32/42),respectively,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The reform of clinical practice teaching can improve the ability of the junior college students and undergraduates of nursing specialty,realize the vision that practical nursing talents have the ability of continuous development,and higher nursing talents have the ability of clinical nursing and innovation.
