摘  要:机械通风是现代储粮中控温保质的主要手段,针对大直径浅圆仓的结构特点设计双层环形通风道系统,并设计搭建模拟实验台进行3个工况的连续实验,研究在通风过程中模拟浅圆仓内的温湿度变化以及该系统对籼米温度升高的抑制效果。实验结果表明:通过对通风温度及风速的控制,双层环形通风道系统能够有效控制粮堆温度,使仓储粮堆的温度控制在25℃以内,实验数据为通风系统进一步设计应用提供参考。Mechanical ventilation is the main method of temperature control and quality assurance in modern grain storage.According to the structural characteristics of large-diameter shallow round silos,a double-layer annular ventilation duct system was designed.To study the temperature and humidity changed in a shallow bunker during the ventilation process and the effect of the system on preventing the temperature rise of barley.The experimental results showed that:by controlling the ventilation temperature and wind speed,the double-layered ring ventilation system could effectively control the temperature of the grain stack,so that the temperature of the storage grain stack was controlled within 25℃.The experimental data provided reference for further design and application of ventilation system.
