摘　　要：分子生物学实验是生命科学各专业的必修课程。以“学生为中心”基于学习通的混合式教学模式,系统性的综合大实验和科学合理的考核方式等教学改革措施,是激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性,培养学生的创新思维,提高学生解决实际问题的能力和科研的水平,稳步提高分子生物学实验教学质量的根本途径。Experiment of molecular biology is a professional required course for life science.The teaching reform measures,such as student-centered online and offline mixed teaching mode based on Chaoxing APP,systematic comprehensive experiment and scientific assessment are the basic way of stimulate learning interest and initiative,cultivate innovation thinking,and improve ability to solve practical problems and the level of scientific study of the students,with improvement in teaching quality steadily.
