摘　　要：以油脂的性质实验为例,用生动的实验现象去说明抽象的理论,让学生在实验过程中去熟悉、理解天然油脂、脂肪酸的分子结构特点及主要化学性质,是一种行之有效的学习途径。Taking the experiment of oil properties as an example,using vivid experimental phenomena to explain the abstract theory,it is an effective way to make students to familiar with and understand the characteristics of molecular structure,the main chemical properties of natural oil and fatty acids in the course of the experiment.
