摘  要:麦金太尔在启蒙之后道德合理性破碎化的背景下,以一种人们所共有的合理性来阐释美德的概念。这种美德概念经历了实践、个人生活的叙事统一性和传统三个阶段,这三个阶段是在对自我的个体阐释的多元化基础上走向具有统一性和共同性的传统的过程,是个体阐释与公共阐释的对话性融合。“传统”因其“被构成性传统”和“构成性传统”两个维度发展出了一种允许差异性的同一性,从而达成一种历史性共识。在张江教授提出的“公共阐释论纲”的基础上,这种美德概念所实现的实践理性兼具情境化和规范性的特征,既能够克服规范伦理的问题,又能够回应和反驳相对主义的批评,以此呈现美德概念的可公度性和公共阐释的伦理维度。Again s t the background of the fragmentation of moral rationality after Enlightenment,MacIntyre interpreted the concept of virtue with a common rationality.The concept of virtue has gone through three phases:practice,narrative unity of personal life,and tradition.Such three phases are the process of moving toward the tradition with the characteristics of unity and commonality on the basis of the pluralism of individual interpretation,and are the dialogical integration of individual interpretation and public interpretation.Because of its two aspects of“constituted tradition”and“constitutive tradition”,“tradition”develops a kind of identity that allows differences,thus reaching a historic consensus.Based on Professor Zhang Jiang’s“Theses on Public Hermeneutics”,the practical rationality realized by this concept of virtue is both situational and normative.It can not only overcome the problems of normative ethics,but also respond to and refute the criticism of relativism,thus presenting the commensurability of the concept of virtue and the ethical dimension of public interpretation.
