摘  要:为建设一支优秀的伦理审查队伍,提高伦理秘书岗位胜任力,保证伦理审查工作顺利、有序、高效开展。以伦理秘书为研究对象,从人才成长规律角度,分析探讨伦理秘书的胜任力特征。研究发现伦理秘书的胜任力特征包括业务知识、学习与科研能力、组织管理能力、沟通协调能力和内在素质。不同成长阶段对于能力的要求不一样。初级阶段倾向于学习业务知识和技能,中级阶段偏向于熟练掌握业务知识和技能,高级阶段可能更倾向于伦理学研究和教育。因此,要遵循人才成长规律,科学、合理的培养伦理秘书岗位胜任力。In order to build an excellent team of ethical review,improve the competence of ethical secretaries,and ensure the smooth,orderly and efficient conduct of ethical review.Taking the ethics secretaries as study object,this research analyzes and discusses the competency characteristics of ethical secretaries from the perspective of talent growth law.It is found that the ethical secretaries’competency characteristics include business knowledge,learning and research abilities,organizational management skills,communication and coordination abilities,and inner qualities.The requirements for competence vary in different growth stages.At the primary stage,it tends to learn business knowledge and skills and then be proficient at intermediate stage.At last,it may be more inclined to ethical research and education at the advanced stage.Therefore,it is scientific and reasonable that cultivating the competence of ethical secretaries following the law of talent growth.
