回收过程中不同回收位点酵母发酵性能研究

摘　　要：本文主要研究酵母回收过程中,不同回收位点的酵母泥发酵性能是否存在差异,通过对生产厂酵母回收过程中不同回收位点的酵母进行性能检测及1OL发酵试验,发现不同回收位点的酵母泥发酵性能存在明显差异。This paper mainly studies whether the femientation performance of yeast mud at different recovery s让es is different.Based on the performance test and 101 fermentation test of yeast at different recovery s让es in the production plant,it was found that the fermentation performance of yeast mud at different recovery sites was obviously different.
