摘  要:5G技术将给传统农业带来前所未有的发展机遇,作为农业大国要实现农业现代化,首先要实现农业信息化。文章从我国农业信息化发展现状分析入手,明确5G技术推动农业信息化发展对技术技能型人才培养层次和规格的新要求,以此开展5G时代对我国农业高职院校人才培养变革与创新的探究,从而倒逼农业高职人才培养的知识体系重构,加快升级改造传统专业,建设“新农科”、设置新专业、建设“新资源”、加速创新人才培养模式“新范式”、推动教与学变革“新方式”。为农业高职院校策应5G技术推动农业信息化、培养高素质技术技能人才指明了方向、明确了路径。5G technology will bring unprecedented development opportunities to traditional agriculture.As a big agricultural country,to realize agricultural modernization,we must first realize agricultural informatization.Starting from the analysis of the current situation of China's agricultural informatization development,puts forward new requirements for the level and training specifications of technical and skilled talents to promote the development of agricultural informatization by 5G technology The exploration of talent training reform and innovation in Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges in the times has forced the knowledge system of Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges to be reconstructed.From the perspectives of speeding up the upgrading and transformation of traditional specialties,constructing Emerging Agricultural Education,setting up new specialties,constructing"new resources",accelerating the innovation of talent training mode"new paradigm",and promoting the"new mode"of teaching and learning reform,etc.Colleges and universities should support 5G technology to promote agricultural informatization and cultivate high-quality technical talents,pointing out the direction and path.
