摘 要:高校的科研是国家科学技术创新的重要组成部分,而激励机制在激发科研人员积极性中又发挥着提高科研竞争力的重要作用。当前,高校二级学院是高校的基层办学主体,科研激励机制对于学院发展也是至关重要的组成工作,利于提高学院的核心竞争力。本文基于二级学院当前发展中存在的一些实际问题,提出通过加强顶层设计、优化激励方式、活用激励机制的方式加强完善科研激励机制在具体场景中所发挥的效用。The scientific research in universities is an important part of national science and Technology Innovation,and the incentive mechanism plays an important role in stimulating the enthusiasm of scientific researchers.At present,the second-level college is the main body of running a school at the grass-roots level,and the incentive mechanism of scientific research is also a crucial component work for the development of the college,which is conducive to improving the core competitiveness of the college.This paper is based on some practical problems existing in the current development of the second-level colleges,it is suggested that the effect of improving the incentive mechanism of scientific research should be strengthened by strengthening the top-level design,optimizing the incentive mechanism and activating the incentive mechanism.
