摘 要:为分析加强筋流固耦合效应对板架结构爆炸毁伤特性的影响,针对舰船某一典型局部板架结构建立计算模型,采用三种不同耦合加强筋腹板和面板的方法分别计算三种炸药量下其爆炸载荷分布、响应以及毁伤后剩余极限强度,并对计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明:考虑加强筋流固耦合效应后爆炸载荷将产生局部增强,对板架结构的载荷分布和毁伤效果影响极大;对迎爆加筋板进行仿真计算时,必须对加强筋腹板进行耦合处理;加强筋面板流固耦合效应对计算结果影响远低于加强筋腹板,分析结构剩余极限强度时,可忽略加强筋面板耦合。In order to study the fluid-solid coupling effect of stiffeners on the explosion damage characteristics,a typical ship partial grillage structure was modeled.Three spherical masses of explosive were detonated at a constant distance apart from the target structure on three different coupling degrees,and the load distribution,structural response and residual ultimate strength were calculated and analyzed.The results show that the explosion load will be increased locally when the stiffener coupling effect is considered,which has a great influence on the load distribution and damage results.The web effect must be considered in stiffener coupling simulations,while the wing has less effect on the coupling calculation accuracy than the web,and can be neglected when the residual ultimate strength of structure is only concerned.
