摘　　要：高职玉雕专业人才培养立足于玉器设计、制作技艺的传承和提高。随着“互联网+双创”和各行业进行深度链接,玉雕人才培养面临新的挑战与机遇。克拉玛依职业技术学院玉雕专业创新发展的“师徒传承、双元共育”的人才培养模式,重视跨学科课程建设,构建创新型课程,利用“互联网+双创”助力教学模式改革,积极搭建成果转化新平台。目前,学生玉雕作品已经面向市场,并创立“玉雕DIY”创新创业工作室,学院培养的玉雕专业技能型、创新型人才受到行业一致好评。The cultivation of jade carving major talents in higher vocational colleges is based on the inheritance and improvement of jade design and production techniques.With in-depth links between“Internet+innovation and entrepreneurship”and various industries,jade carving talent training faces new challenges and opportunities.Jade carving in Karamay Vocational&Technical College innovatively develops the talent training mode of“inheritance of master and apprentice and mutual education”,attaches great importance to the construction of interdisciplinary courses,builds innovative courses,promotes the reform of teaching mode with“Internet+innovation and entrepreneurship”,and actively builds a new platform for the transformation of achievements.At present,students’jade carving works have been facing the market,and the“jade carving DIY”innovation and entrepreneurship studio has been established.Skilled and innovative talents in jade carving major cultivated by the college are highly praised by industry.
