学习型城市建设视域下首都市民终身学习路径的实践策略

摘　　要：终身教育理念指导下的学习型城市建设以及市民终身学习路径的探索顺应以人为本的社会发展观。本研究以终身教育理念在首都市民终身学习推进中的延伸为切入点,基于开放大学服务于终身学习体系的职能定位,从终身学习平台、学习型组织以及市民终身学习体验基地等方面对市民终身学习已有的实践探索进行系统化的梳理和研究,分析出首都市民终身学习实践中存在的瓶颈与问题,提出市民终身学习的优化路径。希望借此研究助力开放大学发挥办学优势,为市民提供灵活开放的继续学习机会,提高其生活质量,从而促进北京这座学习型城市的包容、繁荣与可持续发展。Under the guidance of the concept of lifelong education,construction of learning city and the of citizens’lifelong learning path are conformed to the concept of people-oriented social development.This study takes the extension of lifelong education concept in the promotion of capital citizens’life-long learning as the breakthrough point.Based on the function orientation of Open University serving lifelong learning system,this article systematically studies the exploration of citizen lifelong learning practice from the aspects of lifelong learning system,learning organization and citizen lifelong learning experience base.It analyzes the bottlenecks and problems exist in the practice of lifelong learning of capital citizens,and finally puts forward the optimization path of lifelong learning of citizens.Based on the advantages of Open University,it is expected to provide flexible and open opportunities for continuous learning,and improve the quality of life,so as to promote an inclusiveness,prosperity and sustainable development of Beijing.
