摘  要:教师的教学创新是教师创新素养的核心内容,其对学生创造性的生成和提升具有重要的影响。以社会生态系统理论为视角,从微观、中观和宏观系统三个层面分析教师教学创新的影响因素,形成动态发展特征的系统模型,有助于教师教学创新的深入研究。教育主管部门和学校管理者在教育实践中要重视各个影响因子的动态变化和交互作用,并适时作出调整,以便更好地推动教师教学创新。Teachers’teaching innovation is the main performance of teachers’innovative literacy,which has an important impact on the generation and promotion of students’creativity.From the perspective of social ecosystem theory,the influencing factors of teachers’teaching innovation can be reconstructed from three levels of micro,mezzo and macro system to form a system model with more dynamic development characteristics.This provides a new direction for the in-depth study of teachers’teaching innovation in the future,and the education authorities and school administrators should keep a development perspective on teachers’teaching innovation in the process of educational practice,pay attention to the dynamic changes and interaction of various influencing factors,and make timely adjustments,so as to better promote the improvement of teachers’teaching innovation.
