摘 要:为确定褐藻酸降解菌的最佳生长及产酶条件,以菌株AGN12为研究对象,根据发酵液的生物量和上清液的酶活力,分析碳源、氮源、培养时间、培养基初始PH值、培养温度对酶解效果的影响。试验确定的最佳产酶条件为:以0.7%海藻酸钠为碳源,以0.3%硫酸铵为氮源,培养温度30℃,培养基初始p H值8.0,培养时间24 h。In order to determine the optimal conditions for alginic acid degrading bacteria to grow and produce enzymes,AGN12 strain was taken as the research object.According to the biomass of fermentation broth and enzyme activity of supernatant,the influences of carbon source,nitrogen source,culture time,initial PH value of culture medium and culture temperature on the enzymatic hydrolysis effect were analyzed.The optimum conditions for enzyme production were as follows:0.7%sodium alginate as carbon source,0.3%ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source,culture temperature at 30℃,initial p H value of medium at 8.0,and the culture time at 24 h.
