摘　　要：通过对目前城市生鲜农产品几种主要配送模式的归纳分析,针对目前生鲜农产品电商企业城市配送中心制定配送策略存在的问题,提出了一种对电商平台生鲜农产品城市统一实时配送进行优化的思路方法,具有很高的实际应用价值。Through the induction and analysis of the main distribution modes of fresh agricultural products in cities,aiming at the problems existing in the distribution strategies of urban distribution centers of fresh agricultural products e-commerce enterprises,this paper puts forward an idea and method to optimize the urban unified real-time distribution of fresh agricultural products based on the e-commerce platform,which has strong practical application value.
