摘  要:在对RV减速器结构分析的基础上,根据配齿所需要满足的条件,基于Visual Basic.NET语言编写出配齿计算程序,实现配齿计算的系列化。基于配齿计算程序,以减速器体积最小为优化目标,对体积优化过程进行参数化设计。根据优化设计实例,相对于原设计方案,RV减速器体积减小了18.72%,从而验证了优化设计的必要性。Based on the analysis of the structure of the RV reducer,and according to the conditions that the tooth matching needs to meet,the calculation program for the tooth matching is written based on the Visual Basic.NET language to realize the serialization of the tooth matching calculation.Based on the calculation program of the tooth matching,with the minimum volume of the reducer as the optimization goal,the volume optimization process is parameterized design.According to the optimized design example,the volume of the RV reducer is reduced by 18.72%compared to the original design,which verifies the necessity of optimized design.
