摘　　要：当前,我国高等教育国际化发展势头迅猛,高校来华留学生管理和培养也面临巨大挑战。通过分析来华留学生管理培养工作开展现状,针对高校开展留学生管理培养工作时所面临的困难,提出高校留学生培养质量提升路径。The development of the internationalization of Chinese higher education has been flourishing while the management and training of foreign students in Chinese colleges and universities are facing great challenges.Through the analysis of the present situation of the management and training of foreign students in China,the ways of improving the quality of cultivating foreign students has been discussed in the paper in view of the difficulties on the management and cultivation of the foreign students.
