摘　　要：阿德勒个体心理学将人视为完整的个体,其行为方式与其经历及自身对经历的阐释相关,提倡人的社会价值和社会属性,在社会的接触中,通过协调人与人的关系,获得幸福与快乐。通过在集体或社会中的贡献,获得被他人需要和认可的成就感及自身的价值感。个体心理学主张通过不断完善和超越自我,深刻认知和管理情绪完成个体的逐步成熟,理清人与人的各种关系,并正确处理好关系,从而在他人的认可和需要中完成自我的人生价值。个体心理学对每一个生命充分的尊重,并努力引导每一个生命,实现其自身的价值。对个体的成长积极、正向,有着深刻的意义。A human being is seens as a complete individual whose behavioral pattern is related to his or her interpretation of their experiences in Adler's invidual psychology.For Adler,an individual one's social values and attributes are highly valued,which means that one will acquire happiness and pleasure via adjusting his or her relationship with others in the society as well as sense of achievement when they are needed and recognized by others for the contributions to their team or society of which they are a member.In other words,one's value of life is achieved through others'recognition and needs in his or her gradual growth via continuous improvement,self-understanding and emotional management and interpersonal relationship control.In brief,Adler's individual psychology is able to stimulate an individual's positive growth due to its respect for every individual and guidance for each of them in actualizing their own value.
