摘  要:以辣木屑为试材,采用袋料方式栽培毛木耳,分别设置5种不同辣木屑添加量配方及1个对照配方,测定毛木耳菌丝生长速度、长势、菌包污染率、生物转化率和子实体主要营养成分,比较不同辣木屑添加量对毛木耳栽培的影响,为辣木栽培毛木耳的应用提供技术参考。结果表明,毛木耳菌丝在不同辣木屑添加量的5种配方中生长速度无明显差异,但均显著快于对照处理,各配方菌丝长势良好,表现为菌丝浓密、洁白、粗壮;添加60%、80%和100%辣木屑的3种配方存在菌包污染,且污染率随辣木屑添加量的增加而升高,分别为4.3%、8.0%和9.8%;添加40%辣木屑的处理生物转化率最高,与对照差异较小,各添加量处理生物转化率为:对照>40%>50%>60%>80%>100%;不同配方处理子实体各项营养成分含量总体无显著差异。综上所述,辣木屑可作为主要原料栽培毛木耳,添加适量辣木屑栽培毛木耳可保障其产量和质量水平。Moringa oleifera Lam.was used as the test material,and different M.oleifera addition amounts were set as follows:5 treatmentsand 1 control treatment.The mycelial growth characteristics,contamination rate,biological efficiency and main nutrients of fruiting bodies were determined,and the effects of different addition amounts of M.oleifera on the cultivation of Auricularia polytricha were compared.The results show that,in the 5 treatments with different amounts of M.oleifera,the mycelium of A.polytricha grew well,Which was dense,thick and white.There was no significant difference in growth rate between 5 treatments,but it was significantly faster than the control treatment.The 3 treatments with 60%,80%and 100%M.oleifera were found to have contamination,and the contamination rate increased with the increase of M.oleifera,which were 4.3%,8.0%and 9.8%respectively.The biological efficiency of each treatment were as follows:control>40%>50%>60%>80%>100%.There was no significant difference in the contents of nutrients in the fruiting bodies of each treatment.In conclusion,M.oleifera can be used as the main raw material to cultivate A.Polytricha,The yield and quality of A.Polytricha can be guaranteed by adding some M.oleifera stalks.
