平菇液体菌种接种试验的经济效益分析

摘　　要：对平菇液体菌种接种工艺进行研究,提出了平菇液体菌种培养基制备、菌种培养和接种的具体方法,分析了平菇液体菌种接种的成本和经济效益。结果证明,平菇液体菌种接种具有制作时间短、发菌速度快、接种方便等优点,经济效益显著,较适合于平菇生产。The technology of liquid spawn inoculation of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied.The preparation of liquid culture medium,culture and inoculation of P.ostreatus were given.The cost and economic benefits of liquid spawn inoculation were analyzed.It has been proved by practice that liquid inoculation of P.ostreatus has the advantages of short production time,fast growth rate and convenient inoculation,with remarkable economic benefits,which is very suitable for the production of P.ostreatus.
