摘  要:个人职业性格与团队整体氛围的匹配简称为个人-团队匹配。个人-团队的匹配对于个人发展、人员配备、组织绩效等方面都有着深刻的意义。论文旨在介绍一个新的个人职业性格与团队整体氛围匹配度测评模型,帮助组织和个人通过模型各维度的测评结果了解双方的匹配度。以国家电网有限公司客户服务中心北方分中心为例提出本研究的实际应用。The match between individual professional character and team atmosphere is called individual-team match for short.The individual-team match is of great significance to individual development,staffing,organizational performance and so on.The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new assessment model of the matching degree of individual professional character and the overall atmosphere of the team to help organizations and individuals understand the matching degree of the two sides through the assessment results of each dimension of the model.Taking the Customer Service Center North Branch of State Grid Company Limited as an example,the practical application of this research is put forward.
