银行业高级管理人员的“三环四维六力领导力模型”

摘　　要：银行业高级管理人员必须做到"忠、专、实",具备较高的政治素质、业务素质和良好的职业操守,熟悉国际国内两个市场,能够较好地抓班子,带队伍,善经营,会管理,防风险,是银行业务的"行家里手"。结合对银行业的领导行为与领导能力素质特点分析,我们提出建立银行业高管人员"三环四维六力领导力模型",将银行高管的价值观、行为规范、能力素质等有机融合。Analyzing banking leadership behavior and characteristics,we proposed a leadership model for banking executives.Banking executives’leadership consists of three parts,namely values,goals and tasks,and integrative competence.There are six qualities making up one’s competence,i.e.charisma,insight,decisionmaking and critical thinking,execution and self-discipline,communication skills and teamwork,and the ability to learn and innovate.Building up banking executives’leadership will deliver results in four aspects,namely target,process,customer experience and employees’development.
