摘 要:本文在实验室进行了石花菜(Gelidium amansii)果孢子采苗,并以萌发后一个月的幼孢子体为材料,分析了光照强度、温度以及N、P浓度等环境因子对其生长的影响,结果显示以上四种环境因子都对石花菜幼孢子体的生长有显著影响。在本研究中,适宜于石花菜幼孢子体的生长条件范围分别为:光强40—80μmolm-2s-1、温度24℃、N浓度3.76mg/L以及P浓度0.195—0.39mg/L。这些将为石花菜的孢子育苗提供更多的理论支持。The germinated seedlings from the carpospores of Gelidium amansii were cultured in laboratory.The young sporophytes at the age of about one month were tested for the effects of light intensity,temperature and N and P contents on their growth.Our results showed that all these four environmental factors had significant effects.For young sporophytes of G.amansii,the optimal range of light intensity was from 40to 80μmolm-2s-1;the optimal temperature was 24℃;the optimal N content was 3.76mg/L;the optimal P content varied between 0.195and 0.39mg/L.Our findings will support the spore cultivation of G.amansii in future.
