摘  要:为提升高考英语读后续写题型的评分质量,提出优化任务设计、修订评分标准、强化评分教师培训和评分过程监控等措施。为检验这些措施的有效性,选取某省高三学生参加高考英语模拟试卷测试,回收有效答卷1607份,16名具有高考英语评卷经验的人员使用同一标准进行评卷。对评卷结果进行整体质量分析和多面Rasch模型分析,得到:1)高考英语现有的评卷流程可以保障读后续写题型的评分质量;2)完善评分标准有利于保障评分质量;3)中间分数档学生作答的评分一致性仍是评分质量保障的一个难点。In order to enhance the rating quality of the continuation task in the National Matriculation English Test(NMET),a set of measures have been proposed,including modifying the design of the task,revising the scoring rubrics,providing adequate training with the raters,and monitoring the rating process.A simulation test was carried out to check the effectiveness of the measures.1,607 students of Grade 3 in senior high schools sat the test and all the responses to the continuation task were rated by 16 experienced NMET raters using the same scoring rubrics.The overall quality analysis and the multidimensional Rasch analysis of the rating results were conducted and three major conclusions have been drawn.First,the present NMET rating procedures are capable of ensuring the rating quality of the continuation task.Second,revising the scoring rubrics helps improve the rating quality.Finally,improving the raters’consistency of the responses that fall in the middle levels remains a challenge.
