摘　　要：中医皮肤科临床带教过程需要学生掌握中医临床辨病辨证思维,同时也需要掌握西医诊断学、治疗学等。本文就中医皮肤科临床带教过程中如何培养学生掌握西医皮肤病的诊断技术、鉴别诊断以及中医临床辨病辨证思维能力相结合做一个简单的论述,以期为从事中医皮肤科相关专业的同道们做一个参考。The clinical teaching process of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology requires students to master the dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine clinical differentiation.At the same time,we also need to master the characteristics of western diagnostics and therapeutics.This article makes a simple discussion on how to train students to master the diagnostic techniques,differential diagnosis and dialectical thinking ability of western medicine dermatology in the clinical teaching process of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology,so as to provide a reference for fellow practitioners of related specialties of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology.
