摘  要:为了满足社会对医疗相关的多层次、复合型人才的需求,多所医学院校都开设有非医专业(如:医疗器械、生物工程、营销、卫生信息管理等),这些专业的设置为医学院校的发展注入了新的活力和生机,同时,也为我们的教育培养带来了新的挑战[1]。如何针对不同专业,因材施教,充分利用有限的教学时数让其对基础医学知识有全面而系统的了解,兼顾学生职业能力培养和可持续发展的要求,提高综合型人才的培养质量,是我们在非医专业教学改革中亟待解决的问题。本文结合我校非医专业教学实践进行改革和探讨。In order to meet the needs of the society for medical related multi-level and compound talents,many medical colleges and universities have established non-medical majors(such as:medical devices,bioengineering,marketing,health information management,etc.).The establishment of these specialties has injected new vigor and vitality into the development of medical colleges and universities,at the same time,it has also brought new challenges to our education and training.How to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,how to make full use of the limited teaching hours to make them have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of basic medical knowledge,how to take into account the requirements of students’vocational ability training and sustainable development,and how to improve the quality of comprehensive talents training are the problems we need to solve in the teaching reform of non-medical specialty.In this paper,the teaching practice of non-medical specialty in our school is reformed and discussed.
