摘 要:现代成人教育回归育人本质的初心不仅是基于社会自由发展的范式需要,更是基于成人"自我"实现的需要。"自我"的生成是成人认识自己,形塑个性、发挥潜能的关键节点,愈加成熟的"自我"会使个体获得不断超越自身存在的能力,从而优化自身的生存质量,而正确的"自我"认知则会帮助成人个体领悟生命存在于此的本真意义,获得阐释"我"之生命独特性的新视角,所以现代成人教育如果要重新把握住育人的核心——成人的"自我",就需要坚持以人为本的教育理念,帮助成人学会从生活世界中学习,并且引导成人在群体认同的文化意识形态框架之下保持"自我"生长的正确路径,最终使成人的"自我"得以成熟与完善。The return of the original intention of modern adult education to the nature of educating people is based not only on the paradigm of social free development,but also the need of self realization.The generation of"ego"is the key for adults to know themselves,shape their characters and realize their potential.The more mature"ego"can make the individual gain the ability to surpass Selbstsein continuously,so as to optimize their quality of life,while the true"self"cognitive will help the individual understand the true meaning of life,and have a new perspective of interpretation of the"I"life uniqueness.So in order to grasp the core of modern adult education,the adult of"self",people-oriented educational concept should be persisted tohelp adults learn from the real life,and maintain the correct path of"self"growth under the cultural ideology framework of group identity,so as to reach the mature and perfect adult"self"eventually.
