半干旱区居民生态素养对生态补偿意愿的影响

摘　　要：生态补偿是环境保护工作的重要推手,有利于实现不同地区、不同利益群体的和谐发展。论文基于半干旱区宁夏盐池居民的230份微观抽样调查数据,实证分析了半干旱区居民生态素养对生态补偿意愿的影响。研究表明:半干旱区居民生态素养对生态补偿意愿及其意愿额度有显著影响,具体表现为居民生态知识显著促进生态补偿意愿额度,生态态度、生态实践能力显著促进居民生态补偿意愿及其意愿额度。基于此,本文认为提升居民生态补偿意愿应从地区生态文明素养的培养入手,加强各方面的生态知识全覆盖的宣传及培训工作,提高居民的生态关注度和生态知识拥有度,引导居民摒弃旧的传统的落后的生态观念,树立正确的生态态度,增加人均可支配收入,实现生态和经济的双赢。Ecological compensation is an important push for environmental protection,which is conducive to the harmonious development of different regions and different interest groups.Based on 230 micro sampling survey data of Yanchi residents in semi-arid Ningxia,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of ecological literacy on the willingness of ecological compensation,the results show that:the ecological literacy of residents in semi-arid areas has a significant impact on the willingness and willingness of ecological compensation,specifically,the ecological knowledge of residents significantly promotes the willingness of ecological compensation,and the ecological attitude and ecological practice ability significantly promote the willingness and willingness of residents to ecological compensation.Based on this,this paper argues that to improve the residents’willingness to ecological compensation,we should start with the cultivation of regional ecological civilization literacy,strengthen the publicity and training of all aspects of ecological knowledge,improve the residents’ecological attention and ecological knowledge ownership,guide the residents to abandon the old traditional backward ecological concept,establish a correct ecological attitude,increase per capita disposable income,and achieve ecological and economic win-win.
