摘  要:目的:探讨住院医师规范化培训中基于团队的学习(TBL)应用于典型病例讨论的带教方式。方法:选择浙大二院内科基地39名学员作为研究对象。对照组采用常规病例讨论形式;实验组采用TBL形式。分析两组出科考成绩,评价对TBL方式的满意度。结果:两组学员出科考核总成绩、临床思维与决策能力成绩,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。TBL在提高课堂学习专注度、提高临床思维与决策能力上评价较高。结论:TBL用于典型病例讨论更有助于提高临床带教效果。Objective:To explore the application of team-based learning(TBL)in the standardized training of resident doctors in the teaching mode of typical case study.Methods:39 residents were randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopts the teaching mode of regular case discussion;the experimental group adopts the TBL.The scores of the two groups were analyzed,and the satisfaction of the students with TBL teaching mode was evaluated by questionnaire.Results:The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of the total scores of the clinical assessment and the scores of clinical thinking and decision-making ability of the two groups.(P<0.05).Conclusion:TBL is more helpful to improve the effect of clinical teaching of resident standardized training students.
