摘 要:TeO2晶体是一种性能优良的声光晶体材料,现广泛应用于声光器件的制作中。基于声光效应的基本原理,研究了高频超声波下TeO2晶体声光衍射的分布特点。分析了超声波频率、声光相互作用长度对Klein-Cook参数Q的影响,高频时声光作用区长度选择范围为12~16 mm。计算Q为7时,附加相移在2.4~4.2范围内可使一级衍射效率大于80%。在Q1,超声波频率为150 MHz,附加相移为π的条件下,入射角在9.417mrad范围内变化,一级衍射效率曲线关于布拉格入射角对称,并且参数Q越大,曲线越细锐。Q为25时,调节入射角在4.144~5.274 mrad范围内改变,一级衍射效率大于80%。这为声光调制器的进一步研究提供参考和理论依据。TeO2 crystal is a kind of acousto-optic crystal material with good performance,which is widely used in the manufacture of acousto-optic devices.Based on the fundamental principle of acousto-optic effect,the distribution characteristics of acousto-optic diffraction in TeO2 crystal at high frequencies are studied.The influences of ultrasonic frequency and acousto-optic interaction length on Klein-Cook parameter Q are analyzed.At high frequency,the range of acousto-optic interaction length is selected from 12 to 16 mm.When Q is 7,the first-order diffraction efficiency can be greater than 80%for additional phase shift in range from 2.4 to 4.2.The curve of first-order diffraction efficiency is symmetric with respect to Bragg incident angle,under the condition that Q is much larger than 1,ultrasonic frequency is 150 MHz,additional phase shift isπ,and the incident angle changes in range of 9.417 mrad.Moreover,the larger the parameter Q,the thinner and sharper the curve.When parameter Q is 25 and the incident angle is adjusted in range from 4.144 to 5.274 mrad,the first-order diffraction efficiency is greater than 80%.The results provide reference and theoretical basis for the further study of acousto-optic modulators.
